theoretically you could but at the moment you started to wheelspin the front end would start to come back down.

You'd only be able to do it moving along, as ainsley said. Not possible at standstill, but if the wheels started spinning whilst it was wheelying, then the car would still have some momentum and so the front would stay up for a bit
