Since it is a dealer and it wasn't described as what was sold, it is a criminal offense even if you didn't get any warranty from them, a call to trading standards is in order.

supose to come with a months warranty, called trading standards they said call CAB, called them, told us we had to give him every chance to repair the car, done that, rang them back today an the snotty woman on the phone said, "you have called once about this matter, i have already told you we will get someone to call you" it was a week ago the first time we called

Cal again, if she says the same, say that was over a week ago, and warranty is running out!
