Making the curves of the bonnet etc wthout ruining the material is very hard though unless you have the right machinery.

go to a vaccum former and just vaccum form it over the existing bonnet? wudnt have any degree of strenght tho, also wudnt a perspex bonnet just reval the ultimately pony vaux engine sat underneath? - u need to get some lights/leds to shine into the ends of the sheets so it glows up nice.

the lights glow up bit as about an isntall not a bonnet issue as its pretty impossible to make a bonnet.

Why don't you do what was done to the Gold Supra (AKA orange Supra) on 2 Fast 2 Furious (aka The Fast and The Furious ) and cut a square out of the bonnet, even though it's just a small one and replace it with some perspex, that would look the DOGZ

What size engine you got?
