wot u wrecken it could be i put me foot down and it splutters then goes also u floor it the revs r up but not really going any where,,, and eairly siting still i went to rev it and the revs took ages to go up and it nearly stalled,

changed sparks few month ago think its over fueling..

overfuelling?? pull the plugs out see if they really black then that be overfuelling... could be dispack or leads if it takes ages to rev up does it smell of petrol badly

its what the leads run off aka the coil pack, check the plug connection, but it might be that another way if u say its overfuelling ive tried this before and it sorted it get the plug off the coilpack and find the brown wire (earth) strip it back a bit so u can temperory get another piece of wire and run that to battery earth then try that see how it runs there

afm if its the c16xe
if its reving adn the car aint moving as fast as its reving any chance it could be the clutch slipping?

yeah. it tends to wear the woodruff keyway and slips
