A scorpion Group A exhaust system with 3.5" tailpipe,
K&N57i induction kit,
De-Cat.

This would be on a 1.4 16v sport. Will it take the BHP to above 100?

Zorst will give you no more power over 2.5" system unless youve heavily modded engine. Prob get no gains from 57i as they suck in too much hot air get a panel filter and drill bottom left of airbox it makes a hell of a difference and done right it sounds great

I reckon you'll be runnin just over 100 as the 1.4 16v are 90bhp as standard....The de-cat alone will give u around 5-7 bhp

a de-cat only usually releases a couple of horses if that not 5-7

group a system may well loost power on an otherwise standard engine, u wil loose too much back pressure.
u need wild cams etc.. to gain power from a group a zoorst

Get rid of the CAT and get a cat back system, yet not a Group A one, you need a system which is suited to your car. Group A exhuasts are for heavily modded engine pushing out a lot of horses.

Inlet manifold, exhuast manifold, Pipercross Viper.

A de-cat is a very worthwhile cheap mod, just don't expect more than 1-2bhp from it.

The best part of a grand from all 3. An extra 20bhp is probably realistic, but it'd be throughout the rev range and really improve drivability.

One good option is a straight through Remus centre section and a Remus back box. We've just had this fitted on our Corsa van and it's a good system for good money.

Less than 250 quid for system and rear box. You're only 20 mins from Northampton, so you should pop over to PVD and run through what's available.
