if its been off before sometimes dont need one. its a specialist tool aswell.

Either struggle like fuck pulling at it , hitting it and risking damaging the steering column or get a puller.

Iv got a puller it took no more than 10 seconds to get mine off.

Get a puller its not worth the struggle imo.

ive had many over the years that i couldnt remove without. im not a skinny person with no arm strength either. sometimes its just required to use one.

Loosen off the nut then stand outside the car and swing a 10lb mallet at the back of the wheel.

I'm a skinny fcuker but I managed to wrestle the wheel off with nothing but brute force and ignorance recently lol. Only need to loosen it off the spindles and then it's easy

Give it a go 1st without a puller.Its easy.Done it plenty times.Giving it a wee pull,then a wee bang with your hands or a 10lb mallet etc,then give it another pull.It will come off.

Ive only ever been defeted once and that was by a 4 spoke Nova steering wheel.Wouldnt budge.

You can get them off without the tool but its generally difficult and you risk breaking stuff like the column, the windscreen or your nose when it comes off and you've forgotten to leave the nut on.
