VTR's are just tin can's, Don trust anything about them plus the peddles are so tiny and close together I found them hard to drive.

Yeah, not a fan of saxos on the inside at all, 106's are much better. My gti was quite nice actaully, liked it better than my corsa.

i find it hard to believe when people say a 1.6 sport won't beat a vtr. considdering my 1.4 sport keeps up with and starts to pull away from a vtr. sport has a non resonated stainless cat back exhaust, drilled air box. vtr had aftermarket backbox and KnN induction kit. now im not saying 1.4 sports will beat vtr's but i managed to beat one. never really tried with any other ones, don't make a habbit of it. may have just been down to the driver though

VTR because

Cheaper to insure - Corsa is grp 10 whereas saxo is grp 7
0 - 60 - Saxo is 9.1 on book and corsa is 9.5 on book
More Economic

Realistically same risk if you were to crash at 40+ mph

Tuning of the Corsa would make me sway towards the Sport over a VTR

If it was between Corsa 1.6 16v and Saxo 1.6 16v it's not even a contest.

Saxo.
