How can i stick this back on, the whole lot has come off, so i need a STRONG method of attaching this back to the window.

There are kits available for re-bonding the mirror/mirror bracket back onto windscreens and Ford used to do really good adhesive pads for attaching mirrors. Not sure if they still do but worth a try if you can't find a repair kit easily.
