Hey guys

I recently insured my car last week, wednesday to be specific and was told it will take 3 to 4 days to arrive in the post its now monday which is the 4th day and still havnt recieved it.
I need it as I need to tax my car.
Has anyone recived a insurance certificate that has taken longer then 4 days?

Tax it online, don't need the cert when buying online...

Yeh some people have said this however it will take some days for my tax badge to come though can you drive your car legally without a badge.

You can drive it with the receipt proving purchase online IIRC, I've done it numerous times - you'll be fine.

The offence is not displaying tax, they now have a 5 day grace if it's been ordered at the end of last month but not came through the post yet so if you got a less than nice policeman you can still be done.
