An answer without sugar sprinkled on top - unless it's a VTR or similair type of handling car I can see it being boring as fuck.

Just do it. There's guys in battered old Polos with 80bhp spanking it round faster than guys in GT3s.

Why?

When I first went there 8 years ago in my gsi I had no power, no experience on a track, no nothing.
I had great time!

Pretty much sounds like my Zetec S anyway, and I'd love to take that around the Ring, go for it!

100bhp with good handling seems ideal for any track.

You'll have a great time.
