I've played MW2 on both PS3 and Xbox and the graphics aren't that different, if at all. But playing wise i preferred it on the PS3 just due to me not liking the xbox controller. It's too big and the layout doesn't feel right.

Live is 'better' than PSN but it is improving as time goes on and suspect it will be as good as Live sooner or later
