Am I correct in thinking that all prefix style letters have now been released?

As far as I can see they have but can't find anything saying they definitely have.

I'm just about to buy an F, was making sure there would have been no other possible combinations before I waste money on it.

They're all available, apart from the ones Colin mentioned which aren't valid. Well, apart from Q, but that's reserved.

I was wondering though, if you had a car which needs a Q plate, can you get a 'private' Q plate?

I came across that in my travels there, they won't be releasing private Q plates, say it would cost too much money.

My dad has UFL 543 on his Audi Q5.
Think it was transferred from a motorbike.

Out of interest, I can see why I, O and Z wouldn't be used, but whats wrong with U?
