If you've got a two poster and an impact wrench it takes about 20 minutes.

If you have a jack and a socket set it takes about 25 minutes.

i have fit lowering springs on my corsa b with out shocks the springs needed compressing tho, i wont need to compress my standard springs when removing them tho would i, they'd just come strait out still attached to the standard shocks???

With some coilovers you can adjust the camber, which is a nightmare to get right.
