as above people, does anyone on here make these up?
i can make a bodge job one just woundering if anyone makes them up 
chrome? etc?

Thats the SAI for warming the cat, doesnt make any difference with it on or off. Just take the pipe off and blank with a cork or something if you want to bodge

make one like that, it took me about 3 minutes to make out of some 4mm aluminium

take the whole SAI unit off the manifold. There is a thin metal gasket between the unit and the SAI unit.
Use this as your template obviously deleting the main hole.
Then using the original bolt, bolt the plate you have made, with the original gasket in-between, to the manifold

i "asked" does anyone 'make' them on here and sell them? i.e chromed? 
ive seen dodgey ones been made before etc
