Does anybody know of a project build for a 1.6 turbo at all, have been searching a while now, cant seem to find anything

Dont know any project builds. But if you need any info, U2U Bettley off here, he's the only person i know thats had a working one.

i've bought the turbo conversion bits off him buddy, im in the middle of fitting it but coming accross a few problems thats why i wanted to see a thread on it

I have a 5th injector, thats supposedly wired to the battery . . . WTF??? Its gonna be chucking fuel in all the time which will then sit in the intercooler right in front of a nice hot turbo!

The boost pipes just dont seem to fit im in a bit of a battle to get them fit right, i've had to take the PAS off to try and get them to fit better!

I've been told i'll need to uprate the injectors, fuel pump and inlet manifold, is this all necessary?

Where are you putting the 5th injector? I thought it went in the throttle body? If its going through the intercooler then you really are doing something wrong
