Actually that can't be right, its not the end of the month?! In that case I don't know, unless that was the date the tax was refunded back to or something?

date of liability is when tax run out/runs out.

That might because the tax was sent back on that date.

It's when the tax is next due. It'll be a day that isn't the start of the month if the car is currently declared with a SORN.

The car has no tax and is probably SORN at the moment as its on a forecort. Going to see it tomorrow and the tax is being sorted if I take it.

It comes with a HPI certificate but I may just get my own...
