Been on holiday all week and this was first dry day so took the bike for a spin. Great roads but a bit cold so cut the trip short..

Funnily enough I took Donna out on Nelli yesterday as it was lovely and sunny down here in Kent, and warm as well (well warm for time of year, just leathers n t-shirt for me!).

She thinks Nelli has a better seat than the Bandit. Even though the Bandits is 5x as thick!!!

I think its cos the bandit has a flat seat, where as Nelli's is angled to the left/right of the bike so your arse cheeks flow over the seat. It means she wants to come out on Nelli more...

Not sure if thats a good or bad thing, but enjoyed taking her out. Also meant I got my finger out and swapped my exhaust (again.......) for my next track day at Brands

Which i've also just found out is a few days after the truck racing is on, which means epically slippery surface if its damp, oh ohhhhhhhhhh.

PS,
DAMMMMMMM those 6 pots are big. How much bite they give compared to say Radials or Brembo 4 pots (like on mine, or Aprilia RSV's etc...).

I dont actually rate them.. Preferred the 4 bots on my '04 ZX6R and the mille.. These seam very poor then they hit you and try to launch you into the nearest hedge..

See mine are quite small, but they give so much bite and feel and I really really like them.

Then I get back on the bandit, the lever feels like its gonna crush my fingers, and you can feel all 225kg + me working them like a brick on ice... They peform even better in the wet

I really could never see me needing radials
