Right Ive had three Vauxhalls and all have practically had s many problems ive just given up with Vauxhall So can anyone suggest a car between 800 - 1200 pounds on something thats at least not going to give me a new problem every day.

Ive had :

Vauxhall Corsa 1.0l - Fine just underpowered
Vauxhall Astra 1.6 8v - EGR replaced twice in 6 months and constantly cutting out

oh and my corsa sport which i just keep replacing everything

oh i know im buying in the range of cars that arnt the bets but surely there must be one decent choice

Well no offence, but £800 to £1k isn't going to get you an ultra reliable car?

I think its just pot luck, and thus far you've had bad luck.

You could buy a 18 year old 2.0 8v Cav and it could go on and on and on and on without issues, its just pot luck.
