I got a quote with them last night as my renwal came through from Tesco. Tesco had quoted me £1297 for the year. They emailed and text me this morning with a quote of £797, i called them and they said they are a broker and have been given that price by a company called KGM?

When i asked about monthly payments they said that i would pay a deposit of £164 followed by 10 payments of £82(total of £984) with the last two months payment free.

Is anyone on here insured with them and how do they find the serivce, are they trustworthy etc. Reason i ask is id rather pay a couple of hundred quid extra if its going to mean less hasslein the long run.

Just got a good deal off brentacre. Admiral give me a renewall quote of £1400 on the astra, which is nearly £500 dearer than what I payed last year.

Phoned up brentacre and got it for £600 a year, with the exact same cover as admiral.

Happy days!!!

i'm with greenlight and i'm covered with highway.

they are brilliant insurers and will always help you, not like these big companies with indian call centres.

they are based in brentwood, essex which is about 15 minutes away from me so handy if i have any problems.

they also allow modifications for a cheap price. my insurance with them is £1070 with eibach springs declared compared with others who were over £1250 without the springs added.

I wouldn't touch greenlight if you want an agreed value as they have stopped doing them
