I should be doing a track day this week (at cadwell if your interested), and I need a helmet.

A mate may have one I can borrow, but he said its fairly small, so I think it might not fit (trying it tomorrow). What sort of helmet should I be looking at? full or open face? any other things to look at?

personally id prefer an open face one. mine isnt and it annoys me a lot.

I've got a full face Spada one Not an expensive brand but does the job and come with the certificate needed to use it on a track. Think it cost me £70 ish
