Getting the following fault code with my 1.4 16v Sport

P1640 - Engine Control Module (ECM), MIL/RPM/Fuel consumption signals - circuit malfunction

Any ideas what this is lads really need help asap (waiting to get it in for a MOT retest its failed on emissions twice )
