at my age insurance would be over 1k for a shed so pay a bit extra and get a car you like.

just got a quote on a 200sx s14 and its still £2600 fc 
would be alot cheaper if i rang insurers up..

Not sure on them, never got to the quote stage. Group 20 imported cars are sometimes restricted to FC policies though, not sure what Silvias come in at...

UK stuff is usually specced more comfortably isn't it John? The JDM versions tend to be more performance biased. Something else to consider.

HIC quoted me 785 tpft for an mr2 turbo at 21 with 4 years ncb. thats a group 19 car and most wont touch you if youre under 24 on a car like that so expect to pay abit

My mate has a supra, and hes constantly complaining about the running costs, especially with it being a 3.0 litre! He's 31 and wouldnt recommend getting one if youre much younger! Hes considering selling up now
