I agree.it only has 20k on it from new,he also mentions it being garaged from new.

so if all these things are true then why would it have needed a re spray?
something doesnt ring true, and it is worth no where near 7k

21k miles..................did the owner forget they owned it or something?
Nice but I think they will be waiting a while to get 7k. It wouldnt have cost much more when brand new!!

Just becuase somethings not done the milage, doesn't mean it still won't rust, even in a garage.
I'd want a look underneath to make a better decision before sprouting my mouth off. If it really is that clean, then its worth £3k-£4k. But a respray is not the original paint, so that heavily goes against it. It hasn't got the original wheels on. I hope they are spotless and also included.

Saw a caribic blue one with 30k on the clocks for sale at £3500 and that was completely original and standard....
Because of the mods, its got to be worth 3-3.5 max. Id probably pay 3 for it, but it would still be stripped and restored properly.
My mate sold his 93 carabic blue GSi to a bloke in scotland. it had done the best part of 100k iirc and the bloke has now spent £5000 getting it painted and wheels /interior refurbed etc!!!

It was up for sale around a year ago for £6k
There was many threads like this and the sale was pulled
So he now thinks 1 year on its acceptable to ask £1k more

Nice little car.
Such a shame it's had paint though.
This may only be a personal thing but I really can't see the point in decimating the originality of a one owner, 21,000 mile car, especially with something so utterly irreversible, and that is such an unknown quantity as a respray.
The most i'd ever do to a car like that is have a dentmaster type person deal with any little dents that could be removed and carefully touch in any stone chips.

I wouldnt pay over £1500 for that.
Still an L reg corsa, corsas don't have the significance like rs turbos, nobody really wants to pay the money to get a mint one etc.
VERY clean car though, to be fair.
