Stick an MOT and 6 months tax then, you may get about 12-1300 for the car then.

dont mot or tax it until you have someone buying it as if it sits about after you get them done you will have wasted your money

An old car without an MOT is worthless IMHO.

You are missing out on a huge number of potential buyers by not having it taxed and tested. I wouldnt even consider a car without an MOT to be honest. Makes me think an MOT could be costly, otherwise the owner would have got it done.

Its due in around 3 weeks. Why would I get it done early if im not currently driving the car on the road? It passed last time with on needing a wiper arms/ rear tyre.

Regardless,

Thanks for your constructive comment.

Yea was just thinking that, won't it need to be MOT'd if you want to retain the mark?
