That looks a beast. Hard choice tho, turbo'd corsa or off roader.

Fronteras are crap offroad and that sj isnt worth 2k imo. My mate bought a similar one for a grand almost two years ago.

Agreed, Fronteras are rubbish imo. Just look on ebay, there's quite a few bargins to be had. Although people might not be selling in the winter.
I have a road legal Discovery and a Vitara which is on a trailer. Both are highly modified for off road and the Vitara is miles better. The Vitara is small, light and nimble in comparrison.
If your after an SJ i'd get one with an engine conversion or do one yourself, but leave the 1000/1300 transfer box on it. (like the one in the link)
That one on in the link looks like a tidy one, unsure if it's worth 2k though. I'd have a look on the likes of ebay for whatelse you can get for your money.

ive got an offroad sj at the moment, has the 1.6 8v vitara conversion, bigger tyres, spring over axel conversion, but its a bit of a dog, none of the ligths work, rust ect, wanted one for on road use but still has a bit of offroad in it,
i may just keep my offroad sj and get a trailor

have you got any more info on it mate? i see it on ebay a while back was on 1300 i think, dont know what it went for..
reason im not going for it anymore is thathe isnt putting an mot on it, even tho his advert states selling with 12 months mot. sounds a bit dodgy to me?
