as the 2.0 is a bigblock and the 1600 is a smallblock i'd hazzard a guess at No they will not

I was quoted £2000 to cam it wil piper cam the told me I wold need a ecu chip bigger injectors n vernier pulleys wold I need all this????

Yes, to get the most out of them vernier pullies and re-mapped would be better but will still get gains just with cams on there own.

If you put better cams in, it is better to remap the ecu or map an aftermarket ecu, vernier pulleys dial the cams in better, really doubt you need bigger injectors though.

you can't have cams with a very high duration or lift as you will need to do more work, solid lifters, pocketed pistons etc.
