Used to have an AGV before i got the suomy, and it was really heavy and had a solid bit above the visor that used to dig in after a while. Also it went very loose fitting very quickly.

Where as the suomy fitted perfect, was comfy and light. Also saved me when i did fall off and hit the deck head first.

Helmets are funny things, its either got to be a custom job or the latest GP/WSB colours to be worth anything.

Personally I'd hang on to it.

Is there an ACU sticker on the back of it....If so how many gold lines are there around the edge? This will give some idea of age and value.

TBH a 2nd hand helmet is so hard to price, i got one as a present but i didnt like it and sold it but i got about 1/4 of its value and was only about £200 new.

I may be intrested in it if u can put it in a secure box at all to post?

Genuinly i would be willing to pay around £70 for it though, sorry not looking for it dirt cheap an honestly didnt mean to say it was worth nothing as they are worth a bit but just hard to price.

I would say £50-£80

Personally I would never buy second hand crash helmet for the road even if it was unused
