-bought something on ebay a week ago
-paid for it
-asked seller when it will be sent
-seller says "tommorow"
-Don't get an e-mail promt saying its been sent
-see it again for sale today
What rights do i have?

Report the new listing and say you've already bought it, unless it's something that they're going to sell loads of. If it's a one off private seller type listing then report it.

Its quite a unique piece i think, he's used the same pics too, i've asked him why it's up for sale again. Will give him a chance before I report it.

Its a mirror polished throttlebody, He has loads of them for RS turbo's and 3.0 V6's, looks like he polishes them and sells them on. He said that mine was one of 3, but he just used the same picture. Worst comes to worst I'll just not get the item which is a kick in the teeth but paypal will return my moolah no?
