Decided to wash the car, you know more indepth than the usual bucket of dirty water thrown over the top followed by some rappid karate kid movements with a tired looking sponge. Got all the gear out done the wash, under bonnet got some attention, got all the dirt and leaves out, then dried, done under arches then started on the wheels and it began pissing down.

Had to run in for cover....just as I was getting right into it. Was going to get the tar remover out & clay bar and SRP & wax afterwards.

Rain looks like its here for the night

Luckily I wash/wax mine inside at work, usually rains when I leave though and I also have use of a 25ft by 22ft garage at a mates which I take the car to when I want to do some work on it

Finished for today....getting a bit dark/cold.

Spent ages trying to get the wheels looking nice.

No pic's im afraid

Its going in tomorrow for some warranty work so i'll probably have to start over when I get it back.

I'm bloody sick of doing mine, specially as its harvest time and I stay right in the middle of the green belt so the roads are covered in mud from the tractors

I was washing mine in the rain the other day Must have looked mental.

Had to go out in the afternoon and it kept going on and off so needed to get it done there and then

I dont let the rain put me off but when its that hard its bouncing off the car and the splash back is hitting me in the face its time to leg it!!
