Was just about to say the same, fucking hell she is typing in the thread and people are calling her a bint, not her fault the tyre blew up, doesn't set a very good example, considering it's probably her first time on the site.

i think it was the fact she drove the car with a tyre like that..... is a bit stupid if you think about it, but 'Bint' is a bit harsh!

Bint isn't that harsh. To me its just like sayin stupid bugger. Its less offensive than bitch in my eyes.

No. MOT inspectors do not remove the wheels from any vehicle they are testing.

Also the wheels might have been removed as some pre-mot repairs may have been needed.

i dont see why anything other than mrs waters was needed?

so the wife of a well respected member comes on here. posts a coherent and insightful post and gets called a bint?

well well well......a bit of a silly post......maybe I shouldn't of posted about her tyre in the first place
I didn't expect a load of falling out over it, but there you go

anyway a new tyre has now been fitted and the wife is happy again...... and me, as when her cars off the road, she uses my corsa.....and I can't have that can I?

the garage had the key for the locking wheel nuts due to the car having a new tyre fitted just before it was m.o.t.'d.

but your right, our mechanic never removes wheels during an m.o.t.
