iv got a mate with a corsa vxr who wants to uprate the internals for more power using a bigger turbine, LSD, bigger injectors etc
does anyone know what the new 1.6 engines are based on or compromise of? he rekons no tuner will tell him, as they only want to push their parts out to customers..

Speak to Regal if you want to go beyond 250bhp.
They are selling forged pistons, rods and have a 318bhp Corsa VXR, well a couple of them now.

i plan on putting a z18 bottom end on mine at some point and taking it well over 300. im not too sure if the vxr is the same bore as the 1.8 as they use the same head. need to get specs on rod length and piston crown height so i can get it all worked out somehow and get some ordered
