To see any massive gains it's going to cost you stupid money - and it's not worth it. Best you could do really is a performance panel air filter and a new exhaust system. Is it an 8v or a 16v?

You not going to get any noticable power increase with an exhaust and a air filter on any 1.2, to get anything noticable you will have to spend lots of money which is pointless when you could just drop a bigger engine in from a sport.
