which is the best shape to get for tunning wise? im quite like the uk 300 shape and heard you can get them round to 450bhp + want to do the whole rally theme as everyone, any help would be great, thanks.

As said, how much cash do you have? A UK300 has a pretty spoiler, but the rest is pretty similar to say, a Blobeye STi. And aye 450bhp is possible but then you're moving into silly money!

Fastest/easiest way to 450 would be a 2.5 with an uprated blower + supporting modifications to fueling + cooling. you would need an STI though with semi forged internals to run this + an aftermarket ECU
Or you could buy a 2.0 STI, again with semi forged internals and a big blower, fueling upgrade, cooler upgrade and again either a remap/or aftermarket ecu
Turbo wise your looking at £1400 + the dreaded

Iv been in a bug eye sti, running 400bhp with an MD321 and well, at 4000rpm all hell breaks loose at 2 bar

Theres a few impreza forums out there, the american boys are lightyears ahead of us with these cars, you just gotta sift through all the BS - a lot of uk impreza owners are like 30+ and pay people to do their cars so dont really have a clue!
