Right.
My friends famous MK4 astra gsi. I posted a few weeks ago about the hesistancy a few weeks ago after being mapped. Its been sort now. Messed about with the wastegate and fitted a pre cat removal pipe. Now we have noticed at night, it pulls harder, asuming ths is because of the cooler air intake temps.
So question is, will a Front mount intercooler make a considerable different to the performance over the stock unit?
Any info appreciated

a bigger FMIC will make a big difference.
focus st's ideally need an aftermarket (bigger) intercooler after being remapped to make the most of the power it has.

its funny though when people want a fmic fitted hidden behind the bumper getting no air too it, no point if gonna be doing that might aswell keep the standard interwarmer.
not relevent too this thread but just my say.

The cooler air is more dense so even if you dont change the boost pressure there is technically more air getting into the combustion chamber.
