Well took my Quad to Santa Pod on Saturday to Ultimate Street Chav as a few mates had gone and i wanted to see how quick the quad would be up the strip.
Had abit of a nightmare with the weather as they shoot the strip for 3 hours but i finally got out about 1:30.
run of the day –
14.7 @ 92.35mph (first run took it easy as everyone was telling me it would lift)
13.8 @ 92.75mph

Best of the day reads -
Reatcion – 0.5411
60ft – 2.1757
1/8 – 8.53 @ 80.66mph
1/4 – 13.65 @ 91.25mph (over the line in mid 4th gear)

Which i dident think was to bad since it the first time i have ever been on the strip with the quad an also i had massive traction problems all the way up fish tailing nearly 3/4 of the strip, i reacon with alittle more practice a nice sunny day will easy see into the 12’s.
The Quad is a Gas Gas Wild HP450 with a Triumph Daytona 650 superbike engine fitted.

Was good fun and will be going York at end of sept..........

Respectable times mate

Maybe get an extended axle for the rear, so much power in that little machine.

Guessing that's the 3 cylinder engine to, nice mid range on them.
