looks like a half decent car aswell, bit of a shame to class it as a cat c write off when it looks like it needs just a bonnet and slam panel?

End of the day the cars probably worth 500 quid book, they right off at 40 or 50% of its value. New bonnet plus paint would easy cost that.

I wouldnt pay 800 quid for it. Maybe 300-400 if I knew where to find a black bonnet locally!!

i agree its abit steep and if they took 400 quid it would make someone a nice disposable motor i wouldnt even bother repairing it

Write off usual takes off 1/3 of the book value.

£850 is steep even if it wasn't a CAT C.

It's worth £250 IMO

Did you not see the Impreza I bought at the begining of the month, it was written off because it had a dented boot!

As for the corsa £800 is a rip off.
