I thought this may be of use to some people on here;
CarbonMods now offer a Mould Tool making kit to go along with their Carbon skinning kit and a Carbon Manufacturing kit so that individuals can manufacture parts at home; either by skinning (just for the look) or the actual production of 100% carbon parts.
Mould Tool making Video

All the other videos and guides are on their site and Youtube channel
All starter kits as well as material supply are available from http://www.carbonmods.com
I think the next plan is to produce a small, flat pack Autoclave that individuals or business can use at home

Would anyone be interested in a Group Buy of a Mould Tool Making Kit + Carbon Laminating Starter kit.
I would do the leg work to set it up if people were interested and would be around £75 (+ p&p around £5) for the two sets; thats a saving of £10.10 off the retail. Ideally would be after 10 people but would do it for 5 people

I'll confirm prices if there was a demand, otherwise there's no point and you're better off buying direct

obviously would need more than one kit for a bumper, just wandered if it would be strong enough over a large area, could do a dash too, hmmm i may have to investigate this as i have just had another idea for my corsa not a carbon dash but something else, i might be interested in a few sets with you lee

It's a nice thought, but it's tricky to get stuff right.

You could make the moulds from CSM and MDF. When I finally get round to making my bumpers I'll show you
