Well random, i was thinking the same thing yesterday lol. Imagine the first to LET one and come up with the 2 wheel drive conversion plate for the gearbox. Must've been a tuning god at the time lol

I remember people using the 1.8 8V in Novas back in the day, can't remember hearing of the first XE though.

Would be interesting to know...

A guy down the road had a LET in his GSi when I first passed my test March 2000 & had owned if for quite a while - couple years. It made me want one!!
