Heh? I didn't even realise there was anything happening till I got a u2u saying 'You still coming tommorrow yeh?'

I've never been to basingstoke - would be coming from slough, I haven't done half the stuff I had planned to do to my car by this time (E.g. sideskirts are still in garage unsprayed hehe) - I may come down and treat it as a road trip (I'm probably gonna get lost)

I can't really read that map that well but does it say the A339 there?

If so I guess the route for me would be - jump on the m4 from slough/maidenhead... then come off at junction 11 onto the A33 which I think would take me where it shows on your map???

If I do come I'll bring a mate (hopefully) to map read... Though I'm not to sure what the turn out will be like compared to the other CS meet I was at previously (the hemel one) ... that was pretty well planned and everyone knew what was happening...

hence the 50/60 cars that turned up...

Oh yeh also - is it just me or has this not been posted on the other boards? e.g. general chat etc?

If I do end up coming from slough (depends how much work I have to do / how much fuel I have / how much I want to get lost) - Then others from similar distances would probably be able to attend to...

I doubt I will go though since this is the first I've heard about it, I may goto that MK one though...

It has been posted in Meets and events where it should be and in the regional groups.
I only u2u'd u yesterday as adam only just told me that you are localish!

If you want to come down we have a convoy leaving reading at 7:30pm. We are meeting at the reading uni sports centre car park, which is very close to the A33 junction on the m4 if your interested?

Cool mate, I'd need to find out where the reading uni sports center car park is but half my prob was I can get to the A33 easily enough but then have no idea how to get to the actual venue, so the convoy would be cool - Though It's still touch and go whether I'll be going tonight at all as I have a bit of cswk in for tommorrow, and 1 bit in for wednesday and I gotta get my hair cut hehe... So depends how much shit I get done...

i have coursework too m8. Like i said if u come off the m4 at the a33, take the first left off the roundabout towards basingstoke, then pull into the layby about 100 yards down we can meet u there! Give me a call when u get to the junction and if needs be i can direct u m8.
Also i WILL put up a picture of the location of the uni car park as soon as i get home for u. Expect that to be about 4ish.
