What year astra is it?
Corsa would probably be quicker, presuming both cars are relativly standard, like full interior, standard power etc

astra would probably be faster. My corsa 2.5 V6 ran rings around retops.
V6 sounds better, is more reliable and easier to drive. Redtop might handle a little bit better.

I had a Mk3 Gsi 2.5 V6 and had a blast against both.Corsa XE's werent an issue but my mates XE Nova was on par.He even reached for the nitrous to shake me off but it was empty.lol.
Mine was running an F20 box with flat fly,3.0 cams and 3.8bar FPR tho so not far off 200bhp.The torque of the V6 gives it the advantage.

If the Astra doesn't have that god awful gearbox that you get in V6 Sri Vectra's then it'll win

the mk3 astras im gettin bored off my corsa and could do with something bigger but i was thinking about a 2.5 v6 astra,
