How can I test for a broken injector? Davey, do you think I should just put in another plug and see?

where does a buggered injector come in here , obviously its not running properly because the spark plug is fucked.

If the injector is down on efficiency the cylinder will run lean as fook, the ECU will notice the O2 reading is up and it will increase fueling, problem is you end up with 3 rich cylinders, one lean one and an ECU that doesnt have a fooking clue as to what is going on (as there is only one o2 sensor); after a while cylinder temperatures will be too high and the electrode will melt followed eventually by the piston.

Well, it has a new set of plugs in it and seems to run perfectly again

I'm going to take the plugs back out in a couple of days anyway though, just to check the colour of them to get some idea about the injector, it seems to be doing normal mpg though, and back to normal power :thumbs :
