All I done was copy the car onto another layer then blurred all the background and put the car on top

Got plenty of plans, Just saving the pennies. Doesn't help that I bought a Wii today
Eventually i'll be stripping and rebuilding a LET for it, Want to see 300 bhp. For now i'll improve the XE.
Cosmetic wise I have a Reiger front bumper to go on, I just have to prep it first.
