Anyone insured with them?
Whats it like not actually speaking to a person and everything is online?

Looking to insure something and these have come up the cheapest...

i'm with elephant.co.uk and going to switch to admiral.co.uk tomorrow for my renewal which are both internet based.

i have no problems as i don't actually speak to them apart from when my renewal is due.

if you have an accident it could be a pain in the arse but they are a fairly big name so should be alright.

Double check the excess mate, I recently got a quote, which undercut the competition by miles but they had bumped the excess up to £850

I was with them for a while and would 100% recommend them!

They have customer service on the phone as well as online. Their customer service was excellent, even when i had a claim (non fault)

Only reason im not with them now is because Churchill as slightly cheaper.
