on compare the market, i have entered my claim details in and it says 'claim made under your insurance?'

if the claim was the other drivers fault does this mean it was made under their insurance?

i didn't lose my no claims and it was decided the other driver was at fault.

i think it means if you claimed from your policy and then they recovered it back from the other insurer
