Mark how long were you looking for one?

Maybe the 17 year old drug dealer who went to the llandudno meet will donate you the remains of his engine when he crashes?

 | its really simple dude! keep the starting and charging loom from your corsa original engine! and put that on the c20xe so thats plug and play! mount the ecu in ur footwell (drivers) feed wires through hole at top by bonnet release to the engine bay, plug and play all your engine compenents, and simply match all the colours that are on your old corsas body loom to the ecu off the donor car! theres normally 2 green plugs that you just leave alone! its big red to big red, blue to blue etc etc! make sure youve got a 16v multi injection pump
and you dont just twist the wires together and insulation tape them! infact if i remember rightly theres a handy dude on here who does the plug and play conversion loom which simply means no cutting just one into you ecu and one into your other plug for 25 quid i think which is a bargain if your scared of butchering your wiring loom! hope this helps |

 | 2 coolant pipes run to the heather matrix on rear of engine off the plastic pipe! one pipe runs to the top of the pipe on ur throttle body of your idle control valve! two hoses go to the rad which you will have to modify if you have put a bigger rad on. been along time since i last done a conversion!

 | header tank you should have two pipes the on the left you can blank off as you dont need it goes the inlet! and second one goes to the top or the radiator about 1 cm thick! the hole on the side of your engine goes to the heater matrix if i remember rightly which is below the bulkhead two pipes should be poking out

Pretty sure his wiring is the same as mine, You can't use the plug and play adaptors as the car and engine loom are integrated. Takes a bit more faffing around.

How far are you upto now Luke?
