finally decided what car i wanted and picked this up this morning off my mate.. only done 54,000 miles aswel, payed £1000






plans are to spray them wheels black, new exhaust system and maybe lower it a bit more.. just need to sell my zetec s you can see in the background now

£1000, jesus GTIs have dropped in price since i last looked...

and those wheels look spot on already imo

Lovely, never been keen on them wheels though although black wheels would look much better. How do you like it compared to the fiesta?

my mate paid £2000 for it about 6 months ago but he sold it to me cheap, thats how i had it for a grand mate

i havnt insurered it yet so iv only driven it home, about a mile thats all but its alot quicker and nicer to drive but i hate the fiesta so anythings better lol

How old are you mate, insurance isnt bad on these so long as you're not 17-18.

im 21 mate, insurance is £378 a year on my mothers name.. cant afford to go in my own name as im unemployed at the moment lol

Will be much faster than the fiesta, they are dog awful slow, better off with a 1.6 corsa.

Have a supply of gearboxes and driveshafts

my mate who i bought it off has 3 106 gtis and has broken a few so he has a garage full of spares so i dont need to worry about getting any parts lol

Jammy git that's a bargain.

Are the 1.6 Zetec S really that slow? I had a 1.25 Encore and it was nippy as fook. It would piss all over my 1.4 16v GLS.

tidy that mate, bargain! Whereabouts in south wales you from?
On paper a zetec s would piss all over a sport. Driven one and they are pretty quickish, not driven a sport though so can't compare

i dont think a zetec s is that quick, iv had a 1.6 corsa and that was so much faster.. from port talbot mate
