This will bore a lot of you but hey ho, some might be interested and it was a lot of hard work so wanted to show it off.
Well it was looking a bit sorry for itself and she'd asked me to try and get it looking shiny again. I dont have a rotary polisher so it was all hand done.
Few befores

few half and halfs

And the finished article

Really need to find my digi camera, these were taken on my iphone so they are pretty shocking But you can still see the massive improvement. She was well happy with it, couldn't believe it was the same car! Could've done a lot better but only had a few hours.

that'll oxidise again pretty soon if you don't apply a sealant.
my mate done the same to his red (pink) mondeo a couple months ago and it's starting to go pink again

Yeah i reckon it'll go pink again but i didn't have time to get wax on there. I'm gonna do it again soon and get it waxed too.

Thanks for the comments everyone
As people have said, i just used an applicator pad and microfibre cloth. The pad was ruined by the end of it though. Really want to get back over there and give it another polish and wax.
Deano- Do it yourself Only joking, if you want a hand i'll be more than happy to help out.
