im just wondering would you ever buy a rep of a higher model car?

E.g. Corsa 1.0 with all the interior and exterior trim of a GSI, or an escort 1.4 with all the cosworth trim?

i never used to see the point in it but ive seen one and im just a bit unsure what to do

or are there any does and donts when it comes to reps? Like its fine to have a rep aslong as its not badged up?

please help as ive seen a really nice car but its a rep and now i dont know what to do

ye i know what you mean but my mate seems to have a habit of finding cheap ford parts so i could always find a rs turbo or even a cosworth engine for it eventually. but id take the badge off it and just say its the kit and interior and its not meant to be an actual cossy

I'd do it, but only if you plan on putting a half decent engine in it, otherwise you're going to look like a prat lol!
