you can drive it but only if your takin it to get fixed or for an mot. my car isnt insured taxed or mot'd. i got my mum to drive mine too a garage for an mot and we got stopped on the way and got a 60 quid fine but we contacted the dvla a think it was and got it cancelled we had too prove that we were really takin it for an mot though.
