Does anyone know the relay that is meant to plug into there? Possibly a fuel pump relay?

Thanks.

Ok cool I've fitted normal corsa bearings but the shafts don't appear to slide back in correctly.

What driveshafts do you have?
What hubs are you using?
Was the car rolling before you fitted the bearings?

Unsure of driveshafts and hubs being used. Before i go any further i'll strip them down and look for markings/part numbers.

Was the car a running concern when you bought it?

your hubs might have been machined to fit the calibra/cavalier bigger CVs.

You can't machine the hubs to take the bigger CV.
You have to machine the Corsa steering knuckle to take the 2ltr hub.
The above is why i'm asking if the car was on the road when you bought it to see if you've fitted the right bearings.

So all you've done is replace the bearings for Corsa item?
Did the new bearing look same in dimensions to the old parts?

Are the splins on your outer CV lining up with the hub?

To be honest mate...stupidly i never checked and the old bearings got thrown out. I'm going to check the hubs and shafts for markings. Ye i did just replace them with standard bearings.

Did the Corsa bearings need pressing into the knuckle? If so they haven't been machined.
Maybe you just need a bit of grease in the splines to aid with fitting, Sometimes they can be a pain to slide in. You tried tapping the hub with a rubber mallet once aligned with the driveshaft?
